What is the order minimum?
Opening orders start at $500. Reorders have no minimum beyond full case quantities.
Do you break cases?
No — items ship in full case packs, but you can mix and match cases across departments freely.
When does my order ship?
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 24–48 hours of payment clearing.
Is freight included?
Ground freight is free on orders over $1,000. Below that, freight is calculated at checkout.
How are backorders handled?
We ship what's available and release the balance automatically, with no second freight charge.
What is the return policy?
Damaged or incorrect goods are reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or credit.
